01Who we are

ManuKriya.ai builds real-world training data for Physical AI. We capture first-person human work, ground it in metric 3D, and deliver it training-ready to robotics and machine-learning teams building humanoid, mobile-manipulation, and vision-language-action (VLA) systems.

02Eligibility & accounts

The Services are intended for businesses and the professionals acting on their behalf. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under them.

03Datasets & license to use

Datasets, sample packs, and any associated annotations, metadata, and documentation are licensed, not sold. Unless your order or a separate written agreement (an “Order”) states otherwise, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the delivered data to develop, train, evaluate, and operate your own models and products.

Except as expressly permitted in your Order, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data, in whole or in substantial part, as a standalone dataset;
• remove or obscure provenance, attribution, or licensing information that accompanies the data;
• attempt to re-identify any individual appearing in or contributing to the data; or
• use the data in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of contributors.

Free sample packs are provided for internal evaluation only and may not be used in production or commercial model releases.

04Orders, custom collection & payment

Off-the-shelf datasets and custom collection engagements are described in an Order that specifies scope, format, delivery, fees, and license terms. Custom collection means we capture data to a specification you provide; you are responsible for ensuring that the specification and your intended use are lawful. Fees are due as stated in the Order and are non-refundable once data has been delivered, except as required by law.

05Provenance & contributor consent

We operate consent-first. Data is collected from contributors who are fairly compensated and who agree to the capture and licensing of their recordings. We apply PII redaction and maintain provenance records for the data we deliver. You agree to use the data consistently with the consent and licensing under which it was collected, and not to take any action that would undermine contributor privacy.

06Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to develop or deploy systems intended to cause physical harm, to conduct unlawful surveillance, or to violate the privacy, safety, or rights of others. You may not scrape, probe, or interfere with the website's integrity or attempt to access data you are not licensed to use.

07Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, the website, and the underlying data, except for the limited license expressly granted to you. You retain all rights in the models, weights, and products you create using the data, subject to your compliance with these Terms and your Order.

08Warranties & disclaimers

We provide the data and Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an Order, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any dataset will achieve a particular model outcome.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before it arose.

10Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify ManuKriya against third-party claims arising from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or applicable law, including claims arising from the models or products you build with the data.

11Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the licenses granted to delivered data survive only as set out in your Order; all other rights to use the Services cease.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ManuKriya is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@manukriya.ai.
